Where does your passion for quality come from?
“My understanding of quality was formed in childhood. I clearly remember walking into a toy store and seeing a German metal construction set in a large, bright box. It was unlike anything I had seen before; chrome-plated parts, gears, shafts, pulleys, wheels, and hundreds of small screws and nuts, complete with tools and instructions. Compared to the ordinary, poorly fitting sets I had previously owned, this one represented true craftsmanship.
It seemed far beyond my reach, but on my birthday my mother gave it to me. That gift remains one of the most memorable moments of my childhood. I built countless cars, airplanes, bridges, and mechanisms, and each time I was amazed at the precision and reliability of its parts. The joy of working with something so well made has stayed with me all my life.
More than fifty years have passed. My mother is no longer with me, and that construction set has long since disappeared.
Yet every morning, when I take a screwdriver and wrench to assemble our beer dispensers from stainless steel components and neatly made fasteners, I remember her gift. It reminds me that products built with care and precision bring not only functionality, but also joy and trust.
That is exactly what I want our clients to feel when they use our dispensers.”
