What Passion means to me – Weronika Szewczuk

Employee values

Passion – our collective passion is the heartbeat of our workplace.

We’re unequivocally excited about what we do – our passion lights a fire in us and is what gets us out of bed in the morning. That passion is the fuel that powers us to continue growing and achieving greatness. A business driven by passion is magnetic, and a magnetic business is a sustainable one that fosters advancement of its people. We believe in providing the tools and resources to keep that passion alive. Most importantly, we celebrate passion because having that fire roaring inside of us keeps us collectively motivated, and makes every day more enjoyable and satisfying for everyone.

Weronika, from our Poland team, shares her views and experiences of passion, one of our employee values.

“In my opinion, FrothStop brings its value of igniting passion to life by supporting employees and being open to their ideas. The company creates space for growth while also drawing on the knowledge and experience of its team, which makes everyone feel that their work truly matters. This approach builds trust and motivation – it helps us believe that what we do, we do well. As a result, passion doesn’t fade; it only grows stronger.”

When you read our definition of passion, what resonates with you the most?

“What resonates with me the most is the idea that passion is what gets us out of bed in the morning and keeps us collectively motivated. I see that same fire in the people around me at Frothstop Poland – a team full of unique individuals with deep experience and genuine passion for their work. Every day, we make a conscious effort to bring that passion into our daily responsibilities, and that’s what keeps the company alive and growing. It’s inspiring to be part of a workplace where passion isn’t just a word, but something we actually live and celebrate together.”

Describe a project or task—big or small—where you felt especially invested. What made you care, and what did you do differently because of that?

“Ohhhhhhh (who could possibly remember it all)… There have been many tasks I felt truly invested in, as I’ve been with the company almost since the very beginning. But what all of them had in common was collaboration with other team members—finding solutions together, working as a team, and having open, honest dialogue. What made me care deeply was knowing that I wasn’t doing it alone. We have a team full of passionate people, and there’s a strong sense of trust and belief that, together, we’ll always find the right solution. That mindset makes me approach tasks with more dedication, openness, and a real desire to contribute—not just to complete the job, but to make something better together.”

Tell us about a time when you volunteered (formally or informally) to help improve something inside the company not because you had to, but because you wanted to.

“I clearly remember a situation when I volunteered to improve the document flow related to the settlement of business trips for our employees. I noticed that this area needed improvement to make the procedure more user-friendly and transparent for the team members.

Improving this process gave me great satisfaction because I knew that the implemented changes would enhance our work efficiency, speed up decision-making, and shorten the document circulation time.

These actions stem from my passion for working in the administration department and my desire to continuously improve processes in this area.”

How do you keep your enthusiasm / love for your work alive, especially when doing routine tasks or facing setbacks?

“In the administration department, there’s never a dull moment—there’s always something new to do, like recently consulting with the Chinese Embassy. Even if some tasks are repetitive, a quick coffee break or lunch with colleagues breaks the routine and puts me in a good mood. After work, I try to spend my time actively with my family—they are a huge source of motivation for me. I especially enjoy mountain trips; being outdoors, surrounded by open space clears my mind and gives me strength to take action.”
